Beat it to the Beach: Seriously one of the best escapes ever, we love day trips to Long Beach. $19 will get you a round-trip ticket on the LIRR and a day pass for access to the beach. Shop Til You Stop: We all know Divas love bargains on fabulous clothes and it’s truly worth it to rent a Zipcar to visit nearby outlet malls. Woodberry Commons, Jersey Shore Premium Outlets, and the Tanger Outlet Center will give you the thrill of amazing steals and deals while leaving you enough money to pay the rent.
Get Wild on Wine Tours: Wine tastings are such a chill and fun way to relax. Get some fellow Divas together, designate a driver, and enjoy fabulous wines and delicious foods. Whether you experience the Long Island Wine Country or the Hudson Valley Wine Country, it’s a fun way to add to your wine collection and still be home in time to enjoy your purchases with dinner.
Roll the Dice with Atlantic City: Feelin’ lucky, Diva? Then grab your friends and your lucky stilettos for an excursion to Atlantic City! Whether you stay for the day or gamble the night away, there is always a fabulous story to be told from a trip to the Vegas of the East Coast.
Get Crazy on Coney Island: Honestly one of the most treasured and historic areas, it’s a Diva ‘Do’ to ride the F train until it stops right at Coney Island. Grab a hot dog, stroll the Boardwalk, play games, ride the rides – basically indulge your little inner Diva, then take the train back into the city.
